In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, you can raise an exchange request online by logging in to your account. Go to returns page Select the order and raise a return by clicking the damaged product. Add an appropriate reason exchange and submit the return request. Please note that you must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
